Over the last few months I have been working on a new masterclass that will teach guests how to tell the difference between different types of gemstones and how they can be compared to the fascinating world of champagne.

What does it mean if you see bubbles in gemtstones? What are the similarities between Diam corks and synthetic stones? And how do you distinguish the prestige cuvee of stones from a cultured stone or a vulgar piece of glass?

Guests will be treated to three different grower champagnes as well as finger food throughout the evening.
